Getting Started with Entry Time Management

We have a unique Timed Entry Management (Entry Times) feature that is designed for staggered entry times for your events. Our platform allows for creating multiple entry times with custom inventory for each time frame to allow a certain number of people to your event at a time. You can create entry times for your entire event or create Entry Time Tickets.

Creating Event Entry Times

This will create time slots for your whole event.  Each ticket type will be tied to these time slots.

• Click the Event Time Slots checkbox
• A Time Slots section will appear at the bottom of the page
• Click the Add Event Time Slot button
• Start Time: Enter the entry time for this time slot
• End Time: Enter the exit time for this time slot
• Quantity available: Enter the number of people you want to allow for this time slot.  This quantity will override the quantities entered for each ticket type.  Ensure the time slot quantities add up to the total number of attendees you want to visit your event.
• Click Add Event Time Slot to add additional time slots (You'll likely want want time slots for the duration of your event's start and end time)
• Once finished adding all of your time slots, click Save and Preview your event.

 Creating Entry Time Tickets

Creating a Time Slot ticket will create a ticket that has its own time slot.   Clients have used this ticket type for:

1. Events that don't use time slots except for certain ticket types OR
2. Events that use time slots that need a ticket with different time parameters.

To create a Time Slot Ticket:

• In the Create Ticket Types section
• Select Time Slot from the drop-down menu
• Click Add Ticket
• Enter the Ticket Name, Price, Quantity, # of tickets included, and any additional advanced ticket options.
• Click the () icon
  • Click Add Time Slot
  • Start Time: Enter the entry time for this time slot
  • End Time: Enter the exit time for this time slot
  • Quantity available: Enter the number of people you want to allow for this time slot.  This quantity will override the quantities entered for the ticket type.  Ensure the time slot quantities add up to the total number of attendees you want to visit for this ticket type for the duration of the day of your event.
  • Click Add Time Slot to add additional time slots (You'll likely want want time slots for the duration of your event's start and end time)
• Once finished adding all of your time slots, click Save and Preview your event.
