Section 1: "Tickets sold and tickets attendance by ticket type and time Slot"
The top section will give you a breakdown of tickets sold and attendance by ticket type and time slot. This area is not the best for monitoring but does provide a nice breakdown of statistics if you want to know how many ticket types sold per time frame.
Section 2: "Tickets sold and tickets attendance by Time Slot"
The bottom section provides a more streamlined version that works best for monitoring time frames to make sure your event maintains capacity. Here you will find the Entry Times, the number of tickets sold and attendance.
Troubleshooting
Does it look like your Entry Times are Overselling?
First, make sure you used the date selector on the right hand side to choose the date you want to view. You are likely looking at All Dates if the number looks too big.
If you have used the date selector and it still shows your event is overselling. Please contact us at ticketingsupport@myzone.com
