Some events hosted on MyZone Tickets (usually multi-day events, festivals, etc.), event organizers will allow you to transfer your tickets to another date or time.
We recommend reaching out to the customer support team for your event before attempting a ticket transfer.
How to Transfer Tickets:
Subject to availability, you can change the date of your tickets by doing the following:
- Go to: https://ticketzone.com/transfer/create
- Enter your 16 digit order number (you can find this number on your receipt)
- Choose the new date (and time, if applicable)
- Click Request Transfer
We cannot guarantee “last minute” transfers. To ensure a successful transfer, please try to do your ticket transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Most Ticket Transfers are automatic and require no additional steps after you submit the transfer request.
If you receive a green bar that says: "Your ticket transfer is complete. New tickets will be emailed to you shortly." - Check your email. Your new tickets will be delivered in the next 10-15 minutes.
If you receive a green bar that says: "Your transfer request has been submitted. Please wait until our support team reviews it. Thank you!" - Wait patiently. Ticket transfer approvals can take anywhere up to 24 hours.
Once you receive your new tickets, please discard your old original tickets as they have been voided in our system and are no longer valid.
If you receive a red bar or any error messages: This likely means your transfer cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons:
- Ticket transfers are not available for your event
- The time or day you have selected is no longer available for bookings or is sold out.
- Please try your transfer again and select a new date.
If you do not receive your new tickets after being approved or continue to receive error messages when trying to submit a request, please click on the help button in the bottom right corner of the screen to contact us.
TICKET TRANSFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
As stated above, ticket transfers are not guaranteed and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee “last minute” transfers. Once approved, you will receive your new tickets via email.
Some days and time slots are sold out. If you request a date or time slot that is sold out, your transfer request will be declined. If your request is Declined, you can try your transfer again, for another time and/or date.
Please note, in some cases, transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the day of your event takes place to guarantee a successful transfer.
If you don't receive confirmation your request was approved, please show up on the date and time as shown on your original ticket.
