We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards that have Visa or MasterCard logos.
If you are getting a transaction declined error or any other credit card processing errors:
- Please make sure you are entering your billing information correctly (this must match the information on file with your bank or credit card)
- Please make sure you are entering the credit card number expiration date, and 3-digit CVC security code on the back of your card correctly.
If your information is correct, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to have them look into your account. Our system provides decline messages based bank's decision. They will be able to best answer why your card is being declined.
Alternatively, you can try using another credit or debit card to complete your purchase.
