How to use MyZone Tickets Box Office

The MyZone Tickets Box Office application can be used on any desktop computer or tablet and meet our minimum support requirements.

The Box Office application can be used to sell tickets before and during the event and be used to perform basic customer service tasks.

How to access the Box Office & Select Your Event

• Log in to your MyZone Tickets Account
• Locate the Dashboard icon in the menu
• Select Box Office
• Click in the Event Search field
• Select the event you would like to manage
• Once it appears in the Select Events at the top of the page
• Select one of the following:
  • Sell Tickets: to sell tickets
  • Customer Service: to manage orders
  • Admissions: to quickly admit people to your event
  • Options: to add BOCA printers

How to Sell Tickets

• Click the Sell Tickets tab in the menu
• In Select Event drop down select the event you want to sell tickets to
• In the Select Event Date drop down select the date you want to sell tickets to
• Select the time frame (if applicable)
• Select the quantity and ticket types you want to sell
• Select the Delivery Method (generally Sold@BoxOffice)
• Select Payment Type (cash, debit, credit, or complimentary)
• Enter credit card information or swipe the credit card
• Enter the User (customer) details
• Enter coupon code (if applicable)
• Click Purchase

A green bar will appear for all successful transactions
A red bar will appear with decline notice or system error for unsuccessful transactions

Customer Service Actions

The customer service tab allows you to view orders for your event and perform basic features like re-send order confirmation or basic order details

• Click the Customer Service tab
• In the search field you can search by:
  • email address (easiest and most common)
  • name
  • order number
  • ticket barcode
• When search results are displayed >  Click the Actions tab
• Within the order details you can:
  • Resend Email: this will send the customer a copy of their tickets and receipt
  • Download Tickets: this will download a PDF of the tickets to your computer
  • Print Tickets: this will print tickets if you have a printer set up at your event
