In addition to running reports, you can view quick sales reports and other statistics before, during, and after your event.

To Monitor Entry Times for Single Day Events
- Log into your Event Dashboard
- Click View Events from the navigation menu
- Locate Your Event
- Click the name of the event
- Click the TimeSlots link at the top of the page
- Select the date you want to view from the date selector on the right-hand side
To Monitor Entry Times for Multi-Day Events
- Log into your Event Dashboard
- Click View Events from the navigation menu
- Locate Your Event
- Click 'Show Sub-Events'
- Locate the Date you want to view
- Click the name of the event
- Click the TimeSlots link at the top of the page
- Select the date you want to view from the date selector on the right-hand side
Once on the stats dashboard use the navigation links at the top to switch to the stats you would like to view:
Overview: Shows you the latest orders and General Ticket Stats.
Admissions: This area is mostly used during your event. You will be able to view a breakdown of the number of tickets sold, total attendance, number of tickets scanned and/or picked up at the event. If you use the ticketZone iOS or Android App these stats are updated in real-time as long as you are working online.
Coupons: Shows you which coupons have been used, if you have created any for your event.
Donations: (coming soon)
Time Slots: Shows you the number of tickets sold and ticket attendance by time slot breakdown if you use time slots.
Please note: You can click the Generate Report button when present and a report will be sent to you via email for you to print or distribute as you need.
