Events are settled on the Wednesday following your event. In order to receive your payout, we will need you to input your information.
- Log into your account
- Hover over Settings
- Click "Company Details"
- Select "Payout"
- Select your payment method
If you have a Canadian account, then you have the following options for event payouts:
- Cheque via Canadian Post
- ACH deposit (1-2 business days)
If you have a US account, then you have the following options for event payouts:
- Check via USPS
- ACH deposit (3-4 business days)
- ACH deposit - Expedited - $15 fee (Next business day)
Once you have entered your information, Click Save.
If your event payout date has passed, please make sure you reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to alert our staff so we can make sure the accounting department has your updated information to process payment.
