How Do I Add My Payment Method?

Events are settled on the Wednesday following your event. In order to receive your payout, we will need you to input your information. 

• Log into your account
• Hover over Settings
• Click "Company Details"
• Select "Payout"
• Select your payment method

If you have a Canadian account, then you have the following options for event payouts:

• Cheque via Canadian Post
• ACH deposit (1-2 business days)

 
If you have a US account, then you have the following options for event payouts:

• Check via USPS
• ACH deposit (3-4 business days)
• ACH deposit - Expedited - $15 fee (Next business day)

Once you have entered your information, Click Save.

If your event payout date has passed, please make sure you reach out to ticketingsupport@myzone.com to alert our staff so we can make sure the accounting department has your updated information to process payment.
