The TicketZone / MyZone Tickets iOS app allows you to scan your customers printed tickets or PDF tickets directly from their device.
Install the App
Follow these instructions to install the app.
Add Your Events for Daily Admissions
- Open the TicketZone iOS App
- Log in with your MyZone Tickets Admin Account
- Select The Event(s) you want to scan for the day
- Tap Save Selected Items
- Select the tickets you want to scan (if all, tap the Select All Ticket types toggle)
- In the upper right hand corner tap the Camera Icon
- Upon first launch you may be required to allow our app to access the camera > Tap OK
- Scan your customers ticket barcodes from printed paper or directly from their mobile device
How to Scan Tickets
- Tap the Admissions icon on the bottom of the screen
- Tap the camera icon in the upper right hand corner
- Point the camera toward the barcode on the customers printed ticket or directly from their mobile device
- Admit your customer (and repeat!)
