- Log into your MyZone Tickets account
- Hover over the CRM Icon and Select "View Orders"
- In the Filters on the right side decide how you will look up the order:
- In Field > Select one of the following options:
- Email (most common)
- Full Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Order Number
- Credit Card (last 4)
- In the Search Keywords field > type the criteria you selected (from the above actions, for example, if you chose Email, type the email address)
- Click Search > Your results will appear in the main window
- Click the Actions icon to view the Order Details
- View your customer's order details.
