First things first, let's check to see if you have an account:
- Go to https://myzonetickets.com
- Click Login (in the upper right-hand corner)
- Click the blue Forgot Your Password link
- Enter your email address
If you get an error message that reads: 'We can't find a user with that e-mail address.' you don't have a MyZone Tickets account with that email address.
If you have made a purchase and believe you have an account, Contact Us and we will help you locate your account
If you don't get an error message, it means you have an account:
- Check the email address you just entered
- Follow the directions to reset your password
- Once completed, you will have access to your account again
- Use your new information to Log In
