To reset your password on MyZone Tickets, please do the following:
- Go to https://myzonetickets.com
- Click Login
- Under the login prompt > Click Forgot Your Password?
- Type your email address that is associated with your previous purchases in the Email Address Field
- Click the SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK
- You will receive an email to the address provided with a link
- Click the RESET PASSWORD button
- Enter your email address (*it should be pre-filled)
- Type in your new password and repeat.
- Click CHANGE PASSWORD
- Now you should be able to login with your email address and the new password you just created.

- Try clearing your browser history to ensure any pre-filled passwords no longer appear.
- If you are trying to reset your password on your tablet or mobile device, try to use a desktop computer.
- If you are using Safari with continued issues, try to use Chrome.
