A Sub-Promoter is another promoter who you would like to give access to your MyZone Tickets account or a specific event so that they can sell tickets separately and promote your event.
When you add a sub-promoter, they will receive their own unique tracking links for the events they promote (one per sub-promoter) and you will be able to track their stats on your account page.
How to Add Sub-Promoters
- Login to your MyZone Tickets account
- Select 'SubPromoter'
from the left side menu - Select 'Manage'
- Enter the sub-promoter's first name, last name, and email address.
- Click 'Add'
- Select 'SubPromoter' from the left side menu
- Select 'Promote'
- Locate the Event you want to sub-promote
- Click the + sign next to the event name
- Copy the link and provide it to the Sub-Promoter
From the Promote link, you will now see the names of your sub-promoters, their special link, numbers of orders, and numbers of tickets sold.
How to Delete a Sub-Promoter
- Login to your MyZone Tickets account
- Select 'Sub-Promoter' from the left side menu
- Select 'Manage'
- Locate the sub-promoter in the list and click the trash bin icon
